Last Weekends Yard Sale Finds
Found some great things yard saleing last weekend:
Mosaic pieces: 50 cents, jingle bells, pack of quilt charms, and embroidery floss all for 25 cents each, Ziploc bag of balls of yarn for a dollar. I have more yarn that I can even store but I liked the colors in this bag, and 3 skeins of candlewick yarn / crochet thread. I always grab this whenever I see it at yard sales because it’s always either a dollar or 50 cents. I bought a set of small sized crochet needles so that I could make some dainty crochet projects with it. The white skein is brand new and is 1000 yards. I saw these regular price are $6 dollars at the store.
The next sale had so much stuff I didn’t have time to look at it all so I grabbed what I could. Patterns for $2 (I liked the bag in the upper right and lower left), then some brand new stamps for $50 cents each. I don’t normally buy those chipboard album blanks but for 75 cents a piece I grabbed a few. I liked these alphabet stickers…75 cents.
Then, this tub below had a sign on it $8 dollars for all so I took a chance after briefly looking through it and snatched it up.
It’s about 5 inches deep of althetic lettering iron ons, jeweled monograms, some wood embellishments.
All in all I think it was a good day.
