      Hi Andrea, I appreciate that you took the time to read my review. I re-read what I wrote the other day and I didn’t intend to sound completely unhappy. I made sure I mentioned the wonderful customer service, and how happy I was with the majority of the items. The one constructive criticism I’d make would be to review the quality of ‘some’ of the products you offer (like those cigar boxes) which was the only one that I wish I would have paid attention to the other customers about.
