Refund and Returns / Shipping Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable digital products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The return address is set to the printing facility that printed your order. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us.

Marked delivered but not received – Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address so it’s worth checking up on before reaching out to me as this may be the case. Due to my store being ‘made to order’ I can’t cover refunds due to carrier errors. So when you place an order please set a shipping address that you know you will be at that location when it arrives to ensure you receive your order to avoid any issues like this that are difficult for both sides to determine and rectify.

Wrong Address – If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printers facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Returns by Customer – Please contact us BEFORE returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at customers expense and discretion.   The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

No exchanges on products purchased so please be sure you check our size guides and product sizes to ensure you know what you are purchasing before you purchase it to make sure it’s what you are expecting.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the return label on the shipping box or package which is our printer facility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
