For the past two weeks I’ve been on a military diet style eating schedule. I’ve lost 7 pounds so it definitely is working better than others i’ve tried.3 days on/ 4 days off. As long as the 4 days you still maintain a 1000 – 1200 calorie count per day, you’ll maintain that lost weight.
I never heard of ribbon embroidery until i came across these amazing examples. Definitely on my to do list.
I have had some tee shirts that i liked the logo on them but not the fit. This is a great way to repurposed them into tanks instead.

I’m transitioning my kitchen /dining room into french country slowly but surely. The chairs i have one by one are breaking so i’m starting to look for ones in that style as replacements.
These with already cushioned seats would do.
