Baby Bird Shower Card
I made this card more than a month ago. My sister in law, who has already had her baby, had a baby shower which is who I made this card for.
Here is how the card progressed.
First, I chose my paper. I’ve expressed on here before that I have and primarily use nothing but DCWV paper. This paper is from Cafe Mediterranean. Nice soft ‘baby’ kind of colors is what I chose from out of this pack. Nice soft yellow, celery green, and a bright baby blue which I ended up not using in the end.
In photoshop, I drew my bird pattern that I used to cut out the shapes.

I took my pieces, decided on yellow and green and some ribbon.
I embossed my bird pieces with Cuttlebug folder ‘Swiss Dots’.
I then cut out on white and yellow some Nestabilities Scalloped circles and fitted them together.
As always, I used a watercolor paper base. The sentiment was a circle punched out of cardstock I printed some sentiments on.
That was it! Simple card.
Thanks so much for visiting!
